Refund policy

Right now I do not offer returns, but I will absolutely help you if something arrived damaged or didn't arrive at all.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Note that for cushions and plushies I will ask for some pictures but I will offer a refund or a replacement!
